[jamming] -C option?

Hi all. Is anyone else interested in a -C option to jam, mimicking the -C
option of make, and doing the following:

* Setting the directory from which the Jamrules and Jamfile will be read
* Setting TOP

Thus instead of having to do:

bash$ (cd ~/myproject; TOP=`pwd` jam)

I could do:

bash$ jam -C ~/myproject

I would be happy to submit patches to the jam source code for this if
others think it is a good idea.

Thank you, and best wishes,
