[jamming] Majam - keeping jam up-to-date

Hi.

Why wouldn't one use perforce's public depot for this job - this is where
most of the existing patches have been placed? As far as I can see it just
need someone to organise/document/verify the patches. I realise not everyone
uses perforce but they too have a web interface to access it.
