Klaus,

To complicate some things, when you get to Visual Studio 2005, you have
to play with manifests to make a workable executable.  I've spent some
time working this out with Jam.  The best thing I could come up with was
to add the VC80 runtime library to a .rc file to build it in one pass.
Otherwise, you'll have to do a two pass linkage.  What bozos!
