[jamming] compiling jam-2.5 on HP-UX

Hi,
   
  I compiled jam-2.5 on HP-UX IA64 platform. I'm going to use jam to compile "Ingres2006"
In the Ingres source they mentioned that we need jam and mkjam to build Ingres.
   
  When I compiled jam-2.5, I got jam and mkjambase binaries. But how can I get mkjam binary. Is there any procedure to build mkjam binary.
   
  I would greately appreciate your help in this regards.
