OK, that's the last stable build from P4Perl's first incarnation.

Right. P4::Warnings() didn't exist in 1.4320. It was introduced as part of
rewrite that happened later on, so that one should be undefined. It will
try to run a 'p4 warnings' which obviously won't work well.

Is that really -1? If so, wow!

Could you give the development build of P4Perl a try? It's very stable at
moment - in fact it's probably ripe for release as a stable build.
