[p4perl] P4 Diff2 -- error

Hi Cédric,

Sorry it's taken so long for me to get to this. I've had a look and it's a bug 
in P4Perl. I've got a fix in the pipe, so keep an eye out for a new version 
shortly.

If you're on Windows it'll take a while longer to get a new installer as I 
lost the hard disk on my Windows machine the other day so I have to rebuild 
it first unfortunately.
