[p4ruby] Why is there no rubygem on rubyforge/perforce for p4ruby?

I guess the subject sais it all..
It's fairly easy to create a rubygem for p4ruby, and send it to rubyforge.
That will make the installation process for p4ruby much easier.

There are even tools to create a rubygem without figuring out everything,
on http://newgem.rubyforge.com/
