"Perforce doesn't seem able to handle a source tree on more than one
disk with Windows silly volume- based file system, by the way: you'll
need to put your entire Perforce project on ONE DISK."

I think that the Windows/NT release notes for r97.3 say
something about this - there's somehow a way to map directory
"X" to one filesystem location, "Y" to a totally separate place
that might be on another disk, and so on.

On Unix, we cheat and use soft-links. On Windows, this sorta
	thing is necessary.

(Don't get me wrong - both are hacks.)
