How do I add a client without doing a full "get"?

Not sure if you can rename a client without editing the db.* files,
which should be done with support from Perforce/Chris ...

The following commands are useful, but they still copy files ...

	p4 get ... at client		# clone another client

	p4 refresh ...			# refresh current client
