If you like that tool, you should try out the TCL/TK based merge
tool available on the WWW pages of Perforce (called p4merge.tk or 
something similar). They are very similar, as a matter of fact I find
the TCL/TK based tool to be easier to use.

I do agree. 
Our department has finally switched from ClearCase to Perforce.
It is nice to have the same great CM system at work, that I have at 
home! :-)
