[p4] GUI space bug

I hope I don't insult you if I point out that the obvious work-around
is to use the command line 'p4 client' to fix this. With the
'p4 -u <user> -c <client> client' command you don't even have to leave
your chair.
We had this problem but the work-around was so simple so the bug
does not bother us much, but then we rarely use spaces in file names.
