[p4] Tracking a CVS repository?

Are there tools that can be used to *track* a codeline in CVS, not
just convert it to Perforce? I'd like to treat the CVS version as a
branch, and integrate changes from it into a local branch. Having to
keep a copy of the branch in perforce is an acceptable alternative. A
way to integrate back into it would be ideal, but isn't a requirement.
