[p4] Bug Tracking w/ Perforce

I've has some experience with TeamTrack, and although it's a fairly nice
package, it didn't integrate with Perforce as of last February. We did a
lot of customization and spent time on the phone with their developers (they
were pretty responsive), and at the end it all worked just fine. And then
we all got laid off from Platinum. I'm guessing that code went in the bit
bucket, but it's at least something to know that it was possible.
We did some database glue to poll the perforce server for checkins and look
at the first line of the log entry -- if it contained appropriate keywords
and incident identifiers, then an state change was performed on their
incident database (close, submit for testing, add info, etc.), and a note
attached. It took one fairly saavy developer (no, it wasn't me :-) a full
month to implement and test.
