[p4] Need to Map two things to the same directory . . .

Bummer . . . Thanks for all the advice and obvious first hand experience 
from several of you.

For my solution I think I'll create a Util and a UtilTeam directory and add 
the new directory to my path.  I don't care for "path proliferation", but 
it seems better than the alternatives when using P4.
