[p4] Branch reporting ideas?

I am required to provide reports of changes made to a release, and I'm
currently doing this by hand.  I'm wondering if anyone has any nifty
suggestions for ways to automate this.

I make all of the code changes in a mainline branch.  When the files are
submitted, the change log lists very specific pieces of information for the
release report. The release is generated from a branch, so that all of the
checed in changed in the main line are brought over.  I would like to find
some way to use 'p4 changes' and restrict the results to changelists
that were included in the release branch.

I've tried using
	p4 changes -l -i <branch>

This includes all of the changes in the branch, but it also includes all of
the changelists from all PREVIOUS releases as well.  

Any ideas?
