[p4] checkout the same file to two places

Hello Hans,

You can do the following trick :

Declare two P4 clients on the same PC (two different P4 client names).
The client side should point to different locations, when the depot side
will be identical in bot.

Example :

	client1 :

	root: c:
	//Elite/dev/Elite/... //ch-asafy-n4h/Elite/dev/Elite/...



	client2:
     
	root: c:
		//Elite/dev/Elite/...
//ch-asafy-n4h/Elite222/dev/Elite222/...
