Just so people know, the reason why TkP4 can't run on MAC is because I
simply "exec" the p4 command line program and capture the stdout/stderr
output. The documentation for the Tcl "exec" command simply says this:

       "The exec command is not implemented and 
       does not exist under Macintosh."
