[p4] new and a populating question

Hi,

I'm new to Perforce and would like to know if there is a way to populate a
new depot by Adding just a top directory, containing a bunch of other
directories and files ?
I can't see how I could do that with the win client.
Is there a  "recursive" mode to the "add" command that I didn't see or is
there a perl script out there that would do this ?
