[p4] p4.el/emacs on Win2K?

The latest official version of p4.el (8.5) doesn't handle the P4CONFIG
environment variable very well. For example, if this variable is set,
the P4PORT variable is automatically unset.

Try the version from my web page instead. That version correctly
handles the P4CONFIG variable and also contains some other
improvements and optimizations.
