[p4] creating labels without human interaction

Hi,

Is there a way to create labels programmaticaly without any human
interaction ( to put in a script)?
Kind of: p4 label //depot/my_project. (then labelsync).

I looked up all the options and all in can see that's close enough is p4
label -o -t my_template name_of label; unfortunately; it doesn't save the
label.

Any help with that ?
