[p4] Re: How's the p4 ant task coming along?

Joe Walker, in the UK, made a couple of updates to the very-basic
"ant plug-in" that allows Java builds to retrieve source using Perforce.
(Short summary: it's more robust because it's checking error output,
which was on my list but I got sidetracked.)

"ant", you'll recall, is a nifty Java build tool.
