[p4] Integrate a labeled branch

I have two branches b1 and b2. At one point, I labeled the code in b1 as
L1_b1. Later I labeled it again with L2_b1 after new checkins. Now I 'd like
to integrate L1_b1 into b2. Does anyone know the command line instructions
for this? Is it something similar to "p4 integrate ..."?

Thanks
