[p4] Verifying changes were integrated

Can you do
p4 integrate -n /depot/branch/... at 12345,12345 /depot/main/...
and see if Perforce reports an integration is needed? (It will respond "all
revision(s) already integrated" otherwise.)
Or is there more information you need?
