Subject: [p4] Testing of Media page
Here is what I found so far...
I added a new Product, CommerceLink.
1. When I added the media info for CommerceLink (filled in all the
fields), and selected Modify at the bottom of the page, I got an error
saying that the Build Start format was incorrect. I tried changing to match
the way the error message says it should be, but it still did not work.
Finally I left it the same as the default Build Start date/time stamp,
except that I changed one character. Bottom line, the error message for
Build Start is incorrect.
2. In the Media Information field where you list the serial numbers,
where is the date/time stamp coming from that it automatically populates
with?
1. I was able to add a Product by the same name. Are we doing multiple
Products, or just one Product and within that product, multiple versions of
the product? (I was able to successfully delete the duplicate product.)
2. When I first entered the info for the media, and clicked
3. Under List, Product, Action, I selected Media ID for CommerceLink.
The second screen came up nicely, but would not allow me to print. Error:
An error has occurred in the script on this page.
Line: 82
Char: 1
Error: Object expected
Code: 0
4. When I tried to add a second product (by selecting Add, Product,
Action), I did not get the same screen that I got the first time I added a
product (CommerceLink). Instead, I got the screen that allows you to enter
all the media info once the new product is added. I tried exiting my
explorer window and going back in, but that did not change what I was seeing
when trying to add a new product.
I am stopping for now until #4 is fixed, as I cannot add any new products at
this time.
I will do more testing later!
