[p4] does deleting client drop client's "have"s?

I'm writing some basic admin scripts to clean up old clients and users.  I
have a few questions:

1. Is there a way to revert some client's edits/deletes without doing a
revert, which has the nasty side effect of syncing the client's #have
version on my admin system?  I guess I want what flush is to sync, but for
revert.

2. Is it necessary to "p4 -c xxx flush //depot/...#none" before deleting
client xxx?  In other words, does the server clean up any sync information
from db.have before deleting the client?

3. Is there any way to do a "p4 have -a" sorta like "p4 opened -a" to show
me have's for all clients at once?
