Thanks Nick for your reply. I went thru what u
suggested, what I am looking for is something exactly
like that, but want to create a tasks, instead of a
bugs. It is just the name, but didn't sound good to
assign bugs when actually wanted to assign tasks to my

You can do some of this using bug dependencies in
Bugzilla. One bug
can depend on a set of other bugs. Some Bugzilla
sites use this
facility for what are called "tracker bugs", which
exist to group
together sets of bugs. Mozilla uses these a lot.
