[p4] Regd File Deletion(s).

If you want to OBSOLETE a tree because you're not using it,
don't use "p4 obliterate" because that removes all history, all hints,
all traces, everything for that file.
Just run "p4 protect" and make it unreadable/unlistable and
then forget about it.
A good rule of thumb: "p4 obliterate" is for fixing typos and
mistakes, but nothing else. You certainly can use it for a lot
of things, but don't use it as part of a process to obsolete a
codeline because you might want that information/history someday.
