[p4] Perforce integration with Remedy AR/CRM

Hi,

	Has anyone experience with integrating Perforce with Remedy's AR/CRM
systems ? We want to do it by using p4dti's integration kit....But, I am not
sure if we have to hook p4dti with the CRM module or AR System itself...any
idea about which is the best way to go about this integration ?

Also, if someone has already done this kind of integration, I would like to
know more about how they accomplished it, whats the total number of manual
days did it take to get everything running, did they take help from any
outside resources, what scripting language was used to script p4dti and
things like that.....Thanks
