[p4] dates in email reviews

Has anyone modified the python review script to include the system
date/time when review mails are sent?
 
Looks like it ought to be a simple thing to add to the mail
header buy I don't know where it should go in the header
of how to find the system date & time in python.
 
So, before digging arounf to find it, I thought I'd ask here...
