Rule of thumb to people writing documentation of any kind:
if white space is needed, always put 2-3 spaces in the place
that [at least] one is needed.

         There's no question that:
                 p4 sync //depot/main/... at labelname
         and
                 p4 sync //depot/main/... @labelname
are not the same commands, according to this convention.

The first pulls down one tree, at the revisions associated with
the label; the second pulls down the MOST RECENT VERSION
OF THAT TREE ('//depot/main/...' defaults to the head revision)
and then, in a second pass, pulls down ALL FILES ASSOCIATED
WITH LABEL 'labelname'. The second command could be
         rewritten, with identical semantics, as:
                 p4 sync //depot/main/...#head
                 p4 sync //... at labelname
Note that if //depot/main/... files aren't in the label, that the
result
when you're finished will be the same regardless of whether
you ran the first command or not. (Think about it.)
