[p4] Use "workspace" instead of "client"

I really like "sandbox" too FWIW.

It denotes exactly what the thing does, and is a term not used by anything 
else already.

(Now we need to find good reasons to integrate 'shovel' 'pail' and 
'old-partially-broken-Tonka-Truck' into the Perforce vocabulary and our 
lives will be complete :)
