[p4] Use "workspace" instead of "client"

We use the term 'sandbox' to refer to an area of the depot where prototypes
or spike solutions are developed, away from the mainline or release
codelines. We have client workspaces which reference these sandboxes.

I have definitely seen (and actively use) that usage.

Gord.

The gentleman was saying that he's seen 'sandbox' refer to both sections of
the depot and sections of the disk.

I'm saying I haven't seen that usage.
