[p4] p4 changes <//depot/src/...> <from date>,<to date>

Hi,

I'm trying to write a script which would kick off a build only if there is
any checkin's yesterday in a specific location in the depot.

I'm tring to use something like the below,

p4 changes //depot/src/a/b/... @2001/09/16, at now

but its listing all the changes under //depot/src/a/b/... without
considering the time limit.

can any one help me in this regard?
