[p4] Archiving P4Review emails in HTML format

Does anyone know what's the best way to archive emails sent by P4review
in an HTML format 
for future refrencing.  For now I am just holding these in one of the
folders in my Inbox. What we
would like to do is go to a URL and be able to see all the chages by
date, user, changelsit, etc...
 
Any pointers will be greatly appreciated.
