[p4] Triggers

I would like to point out that the perforce server isn't likely to be a
bigger machine. Perforce is fast enough such that a relatively low
horsepower machine will do fine. We have a dedicated server box for it
(redundancy, etc.).
We have 65+ people working with Perforce and it has suited our needs on a
500MHz P3 for quite some time. IMHO, compiling, and to a lessor extent
editing, code takes a lot more horsepower. We use 1GHz+ machines with 1GB+
of memory for development...
