[p4] Preserving checkin comments from feature branches.

That's not true.  It shows the comments for the history of 
the revision on the "from" end of the integration in 
addition to the comments from the integration changelist 
itself.  The integration changelist is part of the straight 
line history of the re-integrated change.  The "-i" flag 
would add no value if that is all that was displayed by its 
inclusion.
