[p4] Deselect unchanged files

Hello,
In P4Win, under Settings->Options->Miscellaneous tab I have checked the
"Automatically deselect unchanged file before changelist submission"
checkbox. I like having this option turned on. In fact, I think it should be
the default behavior.

Does anyone know if this option is available when using the Perforce SCC
Plug-in in Visual C++ 6.0?

Does anyone know if this option is available when using the Perforce for
CodeWarrior Plug-in on Macintosh?
