[p4] correct way to update directory hierarchy?

Sorry - the 'sa' option is for opened files, not new files.

You'll have to traverse the new directories and attempt to add all the 
new files.  Something like this:

find . -type f -print | p4 -x - add

dir /s /b /a-d  on Windows
