[p4] Ant P4Label Task missing Owner field

Hi there,

I just upgraded to P4 2004.2 and have now noticed that
when running builds that use the Ant P4Label task, the
owner field is not being set any longer. This worked
under 2003.2. I have to manually edit the Label and add
the owner to it. Has anyone else noticed this behavior?
