[p4] using depot to store protections

[Williams, Kenneth (Ken) (TLR Corp)]

I can't quite tell from 'p4 help undoc' how that's supposed to work.  Does it automatically store revisions to all the forms from all the other depots on the same server?  Or do you manually access them from the new 'spec' depot?
