[p4] How to get files into a folder without a client set up?

Here is my problem:

I want to have a build server, so I want to copy my
files in Perforce to a build folder to build my
application.

The problem is that I have limited license, if I ceate
a client workspace for this purpose, I lost a license
just for this build purpose. I am looking for a way to
extract the files into a specific location without
require additional license.

Any help is appreciated.
