[p4] subversion to perforce

I haven't played with it, but from what I remember reading on the list, as of 2005.1, attributes are on a per-revision basis.
So attributes need to be reset for every revision I believe.

It's for features that are under development, experimental, not intended for public or supported release, etc. Some are incomplete. Many are fully functional. Some reflect deprecated usage. Others reflect upcoming deprecations. It's also a good place to look to get hints on what's going to be in upcoming releases, although you never know what release it will be in until it happens.
Attributes became stable enough in 2005.1 that Perforce is basing the thumbnail functionality on it. There were some known problems with it in 2004.2.
