[p4] Passwords and Visual Studio .Net

It happens after you choose the local solution file from the windows
explorer dialog box. In that dialog, you can see that the exes are still
present at that time. They are deleted after you click Open.

Interesting.  Do you know what step in the below process caused those exe's
to get deleted?  We don't store executables in Perforce (at least not in any
standard setup), so we obviusly haven't seen this problem before.
