[p4] Help upgrading..

I would run "p4d -r........." (fill in the '-r' arguments) to make  
sure  that the P4 ROOT DIRECTORY it thinks it's upgrading, is the  
right one!

Read through your "p4dstart.sh" script to double-check such assumptions.
