[p4] wiki with storage in Perforce

I know of a package called "Collab" at
http://www.oxygensoftwarelibrary.com/. We use it inside my company, and
I know the author. The current version can be downloaded from

http://www.oxygensoftwarelibrary.com/home/p/depot/downloads

The author says that he has a version that he plans to release by
Saturday at the latest. He just completed testing it for release, and
wants to release it along the same time that he refreshes the site. If
the contact info on the site is out of date you can reach him at
ugorjinwoke at yahoo.com.

We use it in a mode where it stores the pages in Perforce, and the users
really seem to like it.
