[p4] p4dti + bugzilla 2.22 + MySQL 5.0

I just got p4dti working. I had to reinstall MySQL to the versions
supported. For sure 5.X doesn't work.
I had to reinstall it to 4.X
I have bugzilla 2.20 + MySQL4.1.20 and it works
