Bugzilla 2.22 is supported by P4DTI release 2.3.5, which I uploaded to
the public depot on Monday.

It mostly worked with 2.3.4 too, but that had some problems and failed
Perforce Inc's acceptance tests, so never showed up in the public
depot.
