[p4] Perforce and Power Builder

Hi Stella,

yes we do. We switched from Sourcesafe to P4 for almost three years now, 
after an extensive research / evaluation / trials with other tools 
(PVCS, Starteam, Telelogic, Clearcase).

P4 is great, this is no secret, I must warn you though, that in latest 
releases we have a lot of stability problems. Sometimes it's becoming a 
really big headache. It is attributed mainly to Trolltech's Qt 
cross-platform libraries, but Perforce's engineering is not putting any 
effort on this because, unfortunately, Powerbuilder is not among the 
supported IDE integrations. Quoting ...

(It's sad as I've heard that Laura Wingerd was working for Sybase before 
joining Perforce.)
