Guys,

this is any issue we reported a couple of days ago. The 200 OK response 
does appear to be missing from RSS feeds. Tech support from Atlassian 
and Perforce managed to pinpoint the problem. The issue is now resolved 
and waiting for the 6.1 build refresh to be pushed live.
