[p4] Can't checkin from Visual Studio 2003

I can't remember the specific case, but I have run into problems where some
apps really want C:\ and some want c:\.  I ended up using the client's
altroots functionality (see "p4 help client") to make both work at the same
time.  That might be a useful trick for others.

The problem was indeed that the drive in Root folder in the Client workspace
was with capital D. changed to lowercase and everything is perfect. 
You really did save me lot of troubles with this piece of info, since the
SCC log shows nothing.
